General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

1. Subject
The purpose of these GCS is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of wines offered by the Seller to the Customer via the [URL of the site] website.

2. Products
The products offered are bottles of wine, on sale while stocks last. Each product is accompanied by a description drawn up by the Seller.

3. Control
Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these GCS. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute with the Customer.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are given in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Payment is made online using the methods proposed at the time of ordering.

5. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the Customer. The Seller declines all responsibility in the event of errors in the information provided. Delivery times are indicative.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns policy
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly, such as bottles of wine.

NeverthelessThe Seller accepts returns only in the following cases:
- Bottle(s) received broken,
- Product not as ordered.

In this case, the Customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt, enclosing a photo of the damaged parcel and/or any useful proof.

If the complaint is deemed to be justified, the Seller will offer either a refund or a new shipment of the product, depending on the Customer's preference and stock availability.

7. Liability
The Vendor may not be held liable for any indirect damage that may arise from the purchase of products. The Vendor's liability is in any event limited to the amount of the order.

8. Personal data
The information collected is processed electronically for order management purposes. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, Customers have the right to access, rectify and delete their data.

9. Applicable law and disputes
These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a matter of priority. Failing this, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the Seller's registered office.
